bougs.jpg (22162 bytes)  Bougarabou drums originated from the Cassamance region, in the south of Senegal.  Carved with solid dembu log and headed with cow hide, the Bougarabou can be played as a single drum or in a set of up to four.  The sound of this drum is somewhat similar to that of a conga drum, but the tonal range is broader and filled with authentic African Spirit.
Twenty-three to thirty inches tall with 9 to twelve inch heads.
