Bougarabou drums originated from the Cassamance region, in the south
of Senegal. Carved with solid dembu log and headed with cow hide, the
Bougarabou can
be played as a single drum or in a set of up to four. The sound of this drum is
somewhat similar to that of a conga drum, but the tonal range is broader and filled with
authentic African Spirit.
Twenty-three to thirty inches tall with 9 to twelve inch heads.

Bougarabou drummers wear wrist bells when drumming.
* Note: Discount when purchasing 2 or more Bougarabou drums.
