GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Prices

Prices are purchase prices in US Dollars (US$)

Invoices will be made according to the price valid on the day of delivery.

Proof of dealers' license must be provided in order to take advantage of dealers' prices.

Specials and prices are subject to change at any time.

The publication of a new list precedes previously published prices.

Conditions of Payment

Net price payable within 30 days of receipt.

Discounts deducted in error will be re-billed to the account.

Direct bank transfers made immediately on delivery will receive 4% discount.

The same applies to payments made in advance.

Delinquent Payments

10 days after expiration or the due date, legal action will be initiated.

All goods remain sole property of Africa Alive until paid in full.

Conditions of Delivery

Freight, packing and shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser.

Goods will be packed and shipped as well as possible and is customary for shipments of this kind.

Damages incurred during transport must be reported to the shipping company immediately in order to guarantee reimbursement.

Estimated time of delivery is not binding and made according to best intentions.

Goods not immediately available in stock will be delivered as soon as possible.

Under no conditions is the purchaser entitled to recovery of damages as a result of delayed delivery.

Return Policies

We request that our customers immediately check deliveries for completeness and damages and that any problems be reported in writing within one week.

Returns that involve clear error can no longer be considered after this time.

We will replace damaged items with goods or credit in the same amount.

Deviations in product size and/or specification on hand-crafted instruments may occur and are no reason for return.

General

Milwaukee, Wisconsin is the place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties. All deliveries will be made according to the conditions set forth in the General Terms of Agreement and within the parameters of United States and Wisconsin law.
